I have spent 15 years working in operations, manufacturing and logistics, including senior operations roles at Amazon Logistics. I have managed high-volume, complex work involving teams, capacity, productivity, quality and change. Steadymoor is independent and has no affiliation with Amazon.
The useful lesson is not to make a growing business behave like a giant one. It is to bring discipline to the right places: a clear process, reliable information, ownership of the next step and enough capacity to deliver well.
